About Us The First Tee of East Baton Rouge Parish is located at BREC’s newly renovated J.S. Clark Golf Course. This facility features a 9-hole course with five Par 3’s and four Par 4’s, a driving range, putting green, and chipping area. We became a Chapter in December 2001, and with grants from the USGA & The First Tee along with BREC's Capital Improvement major financing of the renovation project, the course re-opened in early 2004. In May of 2006 the facility opened the doors to the newly constructed Club House featuring a top of the line Pro-Shop and large classroom for The First Tee.
